This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.bellabacionline.com, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the “Site”)

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or Site credit within 7 days of receiving the package.

 If you are dissatisfied with the order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate the return process and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

For issues with changes of size or colour of item, customers can exchange for a related item of appropriate size or colour.

For other issues, such as damage or any other issue that cannot be resolved a cash refund will be provided.

Returnable Items

 Items can be returned or exchanged if they were:

–  Faulty/damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

–  Received in the incorrect size/colour.

–  Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not reasonably met your expectation can also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns of any Items:

 –  Purchased while on sale. For discounted items only the discounted price paid will be refunded not the original price of the item.

–  Outside the 7 days time-frame.

–  That have been washed, worn, used or misused.
