Registration

Yes, you will need to create an account to shop from our Website.

Once you sign into your account with your username/ email address and password, you can go to the “My Account” section to update/edit your account information.

Products / Orders

We maintain limited quantities of items and once an item sells out, we cannot always confirm when it will be restocked.

Sizes will vary per item. We only have the sizes listed on the website in stock and each size will be limited in stock.

Yes we do, however, once something is sold out, we cannot confirm if and when it will be restocked.

Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide. We list these measurements as a reference.

Orders can be placed on the website where we list all our items currently in stock. Orders can also be made via telephone or through our Facebook and Instagram pages. However, we cannot guarantee items requested via these media will be in stock.

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at customerservice@bellabacionline.com or call us at 1(868) 282-3552. Once something has been dispatched to the courier, we can no longer make changes to your order.

Contact us as soon as possible. Once something has been dispatched to the courier, we can no longer cancel an order and you will be liable to pay the delivery charge.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order

Deliveries

We deliver to all major cities and environs within Trinidad and Tobago. We do not deliver outside Trinidad and Tobago at this time. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on overseas shipping.

We will deliver to any address within Trinidad and Tobago once someone is available to sign for the package.

Delivery cost is based on the shipping location entered. When you are checking out your accurate delivery cost will be calculated.

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Please note, that should you request  the option of delivery on a specific date, we will try our best to fulfill the order. However, we cannot always guarantee this as we use a third party delivery service and depend on their schedule.

Deliveries will be made from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Please ensure that the address you enter as delivery information is where you will be during this time.

We use a personalised delivery service and thus do not provide a tracking number however you can contact us at customerservice@bellabacionline.com or call us at 282-3552 to get an estimated delivery date.

Yes, we will require someone to sign for your delivery.

Yes it can, simply enter the address that you would like the item delivered to in the Delivery Address field. Please ensure that this address is where you will be from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday

No. Deliveries will not be made on weekends.
