Bella Baci was created in October 2014 out of the desire to provide quality clothing to the women in Trinidad and Tobago at an affordable price
We Go Online
Launched our online platform www.bellabacionline.com. We wanted to be able to compete in today’s uber competitive market and to do that we needed to have a strong online presence that included online, social and mobile components.
Introduction of Online Payments
Introduced Credit Card options via partnership with WiPay Caribbean. We also introduced Cash, Linx and Credit Card options on delivery
Expanding Partnerships
Partnered with OnTime Chauffeurs Limited to improve the delivery and dispatching process to ensure the safe delivery of customer orders in the shortest amount of time.
Growth & Innovation
Rebrand of the company logo and website. We believe that this rebrand gives us an opportunity to grow, innovate, and reconnect with our users.

Lisa Giuseppi
Boss Lady
My name is Lisa and I am the founder and owner of Bella Baci. I have a brother and three sisters and the best mom and dad in the whole world! On the outside, I am a loud mouthed, fun-loving smart ass #BossBabe who is no nonsense and a stickler for detail. Only those close to me know what a softie I am inside particularly with those who are close to my heart.
I have always loved shopping but it used to really upset me when I saw how much some stores locally would charge for clothing. So I started shopping online a lot more and whenever I travelled I would always be amazed at how affordable it was to get the same items and how much I wished that we could get the same quality, but affordable clothing in Trinidad and Tobago.
That was when the light bulb went off in my head! And so Bella Baci was born in 2014 out of the desire to provide quality clothing that was both affordable and easily accessible.
Christopher Flüs
Wizz Kid
Christopher Flüs is the Lead Web Developer (Supreme Overlord) for the Bella Baci website (www.bellabacionline.com). He came onboard back in 2016 when we did our first big website rebrand and his ability to breakdown our problems and build solutions has propelled us to where we are today.
Christopher has been in the IT/ Web Development field for over 10 years and is also the owner of Flüzix Digital Solutions, where he offers different services around the web such as Web Hosting, Domain Management, Web Development, WordPress Design, and much more
Rhesa Lessey
Digital Diva
Rhesa Lessey is the lead consultant at RL Communications and the digital consultant for Bella Baci. She has led the digital and social media transformation for 40+ brands across borders. She also holds advanced level accreditation from leading institutions such as Facebook, Google and Berkley. She also is a self-proclaimed nerf gun sharp shooter so watch out! Rhesa brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge so we are thrilled to have her as part of our marketing team.
Solange Gomes
Financial Consultant
Solange has joined the Bella Baci Team bringing with her twenty (20) years combined, in-depth experience in multiple facets of the manufacturing and oil and gas industries, six (6) at a managerial level. She is currently the owner of Excel Financial Services providing a variety of accounting and financial services.
She is Highly self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented and results-driven professional with keen mathematical skills and thus a perfect fit for the Bella Baci Team!

OnTime Couriers (a subsidiary of OnTime Chauffeur Services Ltd.) has been in existence for over 12 years, priding themselves in a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Teshea Lloyd – Director of Marketing, Sales & Administration at the company, co-founded OnTime Couriers with a vision to provide a differentiated customer service experience in a very saturated industry. Teshea brings to the service, her wealth of multinational experience in managing premium corporate brands. She is also the owner of Teshea Lloyd Branding and More Than Makeup Limited.
OnTime’s entire team has a knack for hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and an orientation for solutions.
These attributes are just part of the reason that OnTime Couriers are now the sole delivery provider for Bella Baci!

Shalini Jabar

Shalini Jabar is an E-Commerce professional and an MFA Creative Writing candidate.
Her MFA work is focused on writing fictional representations of modern day challenges underpinned by generational trauma. She has a BA from the University of the West Indies specialising in Communication Studies and has been working in this field since graduating in 2013. Shalini believes that storytelling is the centre of the human experience.
The central question that drives her is, “Why do people do the things they do?” She spends her free time listening to history podcasts, diving headfirst into true crime rabbit holes and she is always armed with a fun fact.
Angelina Lee

Angelina Lee is a wife, mother of three and Attorney-at-Law. After her Plan A life left her wanting more, she is now exploring her Plan Be in which she tries to live more intentionally: a plan with less doing and more being.

Ian Royer

Ian Royer is a Marketing and Public Relations maven who has flirted with fashion from a very young age.
He cut his baby teeth in the industry with Trinidad and Tobago Fashion Week as a Marketing Consultant, and with the Miss T&T Franchise through various franchise holders.
During this period of his professional career, he has also been a contributing writer to the Guardian’s WOW magazine and subsequently The XX magazine, where he did editorials, covers, and opinion pieces about fashion and entertainment. He also contributed to the Business Guardian as a marketing expert.
Ian currently resides in Toronto but still maintains his boutique marketing firm in Trinidad and Tobago, Anansi Tales Marketing.
